Ingredients

• 1 Handful
  garlic chives
• 1 Handful
  basil leaves
• 1/2 Handful
  hazelnuts
• herb salt
• 2 dspn
  cold-pressed olive or sunflower oil
• 250 g
  quark
• a mix of dried edible flowers to decorate

Instructions - Herb quark

  Step
  Finely chop the herbs and nuts, add some herb salt, mix with the oil and then mix everything with the quark.
• 2.

  Step
  Sprinkle with a mix of colourful dried edible flowers before serving.
• 3.

  Step
  The quark is perfect spread on bread but also good with boiled potatoes.
